BBa_J72008 has been successfully used in the integration protocol of both MC1061 (BBa_K300078) and MG1655 (BBa_V1000) E. coli strains. See BBa_K300000 Experience page for details about how this plasmid was used. It can be actually cured at 37-42°C, while it can be propagated at 30°C. It actually enables the propagation of R6K (conditional replication origin) plasmids, thanks to its pir-116 gene.
